September has been a very productive month for the ALERT Project. Below are the project highlights for the month and key results achieved so far:
Prototype development is moving at full steam with EPAM mapping out the user journeys. EPAM explored various user interface designs in the market and developed sample layouts for the ALERT dashboard.
EPAM developed a couple of questionnaires on user identities which have been circulated to Consortium members for review.
EPAM also developed a basic presentation material for use with external audiences.
The upcoming Consortium Meeting is scheduled for 30 September 2015 (tomorrow), from 10:30am – 2:30pm at Coventry University.
A separate communication has been sent out to members with further details about the meeting.
Funding Agreements for the consortium have been finalised and will be circulated for signature.
The workshop modules are being finalised. Based on the results of the Doodle Poll, the first workshop is now scheduled for the 5th of November 2015 in London (venue TBC) and will focus on the module, “Risk Analysis and Emergency Preparedness”. Succeeding workshops for modules 2 and 3 will take place in January and March 2016, and will focus on “Prototype Launch” and “Response Plan Development”, respectively.
